A crash involving a concrete mixer truck on northbound Interstate 405 caused long backups in Renton.

Shortly before 9 a.m. Monday, the truck crashed into a barrier at NE 44th St.

The right lane and the off-ramp to NE 44th St. were blocked for several hours until the truck was towed away and the scene was cleared around 12:30 p.m.

Washington State Patrol Trooper Rick Johnson said no one was hurt in the crash.

At one point, traffic was backed up four miles.
